2.Physical Activity-  Increases the chemicals released that supports positive changes in your mood. 

 

3. Learn New Skills- Helps you to connect and build relationships with other people while building your confidence and self-esteem. 

 

4. Giving back to others- Provides positive feelings and self-worth. 

 

5.Be in the moment- Paying attention to the present moment, how you are feeling, your thoughts and your surroundings .
