CADLE PRIMARY AFTERSCHOOL CLUB
 

If your child needs to attend Afterschool Club this should be booked in advance with the ASC Staff or the School Office. If you need to cancel your child's place in ASC you should contact the office before midday otherwise you will be charged.

Price - £5.50 for first child - £5.00 for second child. Payment must be made in advance or on the day.  If you wish your child to have a snack please could this be provided as we do not serve food at Afterschool club.   

Please note that if you need to contact Afterschool Club before 3.30.p.m. you must contact the main school office on 01792 584498 - if you wish to contact them after 3.30.p.m. then the number is 01792 560200.

REGISTRATION FORMS

Please ensure that you have completed an afterschool club registration form with your up to date details in case you need to be contacted after School time.

CLOSING TIMES

Afterschool Club will finish at 5.p.m. and arrangements should be made so all children are be picked up by this time.

HEALTH AND SAFETY/CHILD PROTECTION

Parents who are picking up their children at the end of the day from Afterschool Club should sign their child out and exit the premises. Parents should not remain on the premises once they have arrived to pick their child up, this is for child protection/health and safety reasons/Fire Safety reasons.
