Ambitious, Capable Learners
We work as a team, adults and children together, to support every child in our setting to be ready for learning, every school day, and hopefully, the rest of their lives. We understand how challenging this can be for some children and actively teach respect, empathy and kindness.
Our staff are trained in the “Thrive” approaches of ‘seeing’, ‘thinking’ and ‘wondering’ to find solutions and overcome challenges together.
We work in partnership with parents and, when needed, other services including health, psychology, social services, speech, language and education.
