Here we are making our own breathing dragons to help us calm down and talking about what emotions different scenarios would make us feel.
We've been exploring all the different words we can use to describe our emotions and feelings. We've also learn't about 'flipping our lids' and how we can manage our anger and upset.
Today we began to create books to share our identity.
Today we talked about our school values and their importance.
We enjoyed discussing our identities. We agreed that we can be who who want to be and created funny animals like giraffes that can sing and dance!

Learning about being the same and different
Here we are comparing our Dojo monsters,,,,
BEING SAFE. We created our very own Safety Balloons. We drew our safe place and put it in our balloon. Then we drew all the people that keep us safe on our 'Safe Hands'. We all have the right to a SAFE place to live. Article 27.
BEING SAFE. We made a new home for our friend Freddie The Fox. Look at him in his new safe home!
BEING SPECIAL. We can talk about what makes us special! Look at our fantastic posters and capital letters. We are all SPECIAL! We have the right to a name. Article 7.
