Nasal Flu Spray

The school Nurses will be attending school on the 30.09.25 to administer the nasal flu spray. Please click on the link below or scan the QR code to complete a consent form for your child. Please complete the consent form whether you would like your child to receive the vaccine or decline the vaccine.
